HIK Berlin e.V. offers professional and multilingual coaching for people in career transition phases. Our services are particularly aimed at job seekers with a migration background, the long-term unemployed

Those returning to work and those facing barriers to employment. Our coaching aims to identify individual potential, develop career prospects, and sustainably improve access to the job market.

Our coaching offer is characterized by an individual, resource-oriented and holistic approach.

The focus is on the participants with their personal goals, skills and life circumstances.

Our coaching services include:

Individual coaching for career orientation and goal development
Support in preparing professional application documents
Training for job interviews and self-presentation
Developing realistic career goals and alternative career paths
Strengthening self-efficacy, motivation and personal responsibility
Help with the recognition of educational qualifications from abroad
Teaching digital skills for the job market
Advice on qualification and further training measures

Our coaching is modular

It is structured and can be individually tailored to the needs of the participants. Support is provided confidentially, empathetically, and with a high level of professional quality.

A special focus is on intercultural sensitivity and linguistic accessibility. Our team advises and coaches in several languages: German, Arabic, Kurdish, Russian, Ukrainian, Persian, Armenian and Turkish.

Our coaches have sound qualifications

in the area Social pedagogy, sociology, pedagogy, labor market integration and coaching. Many of them also have their own migration experiences and bring with them a high degree of cultural understanding.

In close cooperation with Job centers, educational institutions and network partners We support our participants in finding realistic paths to employment or training. Our coaching services are active, effective, and future-oriented.

HIK Berlin e.V. plant in the medium term also AVGS-funded measures and to act as a certified provider.

We already work according to structured coaching standards and quality-assured procedures. Our goal is to open up new perspectives for people in difficult professional situations, promote individual strengths, and actively support their integration into the job market.
