Founder and chairwoman of the association HIK Berlin e.V.. Diplom-Sozialpädagogin, Diplom-Juristin, Master of Arts (M.A.) Klinische Sozialarbeit.
Natalya Seran verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Einzelfallhilfe, gesetzliche Betreuung, Familienhilfe und Beratung von Migrant:innen und Geflüchteten.
She specializes in psychosocial support, crisis intervention and systemic counseling. With great personal commitment and intercultural competence, she leads the association HIK Berlin eV, which she founded in 2017 with the aim of empowering disadvantaged people, promoting integration and opening up new perspectives.

Ayşe Kaçak
Deputy Chair, Reference Worker and Social Advisor Ayse Kacak She works as a dedicated social worker and deputy director of the association. She supports clients, particularly in the areas of individual support and integration assistance.
